Let me introduce myself. My name is Bev Langford. I am happily married mother of five great children, I work part time as a retail manager and I am well on the way to becoming a full time Internet Marketer. I am learning the skills needed to become a successful affiliate. For those that don’t know, Affiliate’s sell other peoples products for a commission. You market a product of your choice by promoting it either on you own website or by other means. When someone decides to buy the product you promote, you get paid a commission. Commissions range from 4% to 75% of the total sale price depending on the product you are promoting.

Did you know that many people try to learn internet marketing and enroll in costly Internet Marketing educational programs that make big promises but don’t deliver?

I know because I’ve been there. My experience of Internet Marketing programs is one of huge cost (over $20,000.00) and at the end of it I had learned some basic strategies but could not make a sale. I was discouraged but would not give up, I knew that this must work, I had heard of people making millions and I thought if they can, I can too. I was prepared to do whatever it took to learn Internet Marketing and find my success.

Then by chance, I heard Sean Rassmussen speak at an Internet Marketing seminar I attended in May 2009.  I was impressed by Sean’s integrity, ethics and high standards. Something that I thought did not exist in IM educational programs. I started to follow Sean on the internet and he made contact with me in June 2009 inviting me to participate in testing his new forum. I was so excited, Sean has made millions in affiliate sales (over 7 million in the last 3 years), I was so happy to learn from someone who had actually done it. At last, I could learn from a successful internet marketer first hand.

I can not speak more highly of what Sean has developed. His book “Year of the Affiliate” is a step by step guide  that teaches all you need to know about internet marketing to start making money. Sean’s “Year of the Affiliate Forum” is the best I’ve found, it packed full of video’s and articles to help you follow every process step by step, you get answers to any question almost instantly…. in previous programs I was involved with – responses could take days or even weeks. Sean’s team on the forum, Sean and the moderators or Zodiac’s as they are known really know their stuff… are always helpful, polite, encouraging and also have a sense of humor and being a member of the forum is great fun. The community (other members) on the forum are also encouraging and I look forward to logging on each day.
